They do not govern your use of ZettApps or any Customized Solution, which are instead governed by the ZettApps Customized Solution Agreement and the other documents referred to in those agreements. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and an agreement governing your use of ZettApps, that other agreement prevails for the matters it covers.

The Website is intended for business use by prospective and existing customers, partners and other visitors. By using the Website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to be bound by these Terms, and, where you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to do so.

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or any related network;

Where any Website content conflicts with the terms of an Order Form, Scope Document or the ZettApps Customized Solution Agreement, those documents prevail.

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Website, including its design, text, graphics, logos and underlying code, except for third-party content used with permission. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal or internal business use, provided you do not remove any copyright or trademark notices. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute,or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party website, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or free of errors, and we may suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Website at anytime, including for maintenance, without liability to you. This Section does not affect any separate service-level commitment that applies to ZettApps itself under the ZettApps Customized Solution Agreement.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “asavailable,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including reliance on any content on the Website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use of the Website after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction.
