  • Am I eligible to apply for the PSG Grant?
    Businesses who fulfill the following criteria can apply for PSG Grants, Business entity is registered and operating in Singapore. Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by a Singaporean / Singaporean PR. Company has an annual sales turnover not exceeding $100 million or an employment size not exceeding 200 employees. Solution purchased/ subscribed must be used in Singapore.   • How much fundings can I receive from PSG?
    It depends. Eligible businesses can receive up to 50% funding support of the approved project sum. For more details, do kindly reach out to us!
  • What packages do you offer under PSG?

  • I have previously applied/used PSG Grant before. Am I still eligible to apply for another one?
    It depends. PSG Grants can be used for multiple software solutions depending on the nature of the software. The eligibility varies based on what you have previously applied for using the PSG. We'd be happy to answer you if you reach out to us and let us know which solutions have you previously applied for using PSG.
  • Is ZETTAPPs eligible for EDG Grant?
    Yes! The EDG grant can also be used on our solution packages. The eligiblity of EDG follows according to PSG. Reach out to us to find out more on our EDG options!
  • How did InvoiceNow come about?
    IMDA implemented the nationwide E-invoicing network in 2019 to help businesses improve efficiency, reduce cost, enjoy faster digital payment, and stay green at the same time. As one of the leading e-invoicing solution providers, this network is an extension of the International Peppol E-Delivery Network allowing businesses to transact internationally with other linked companies. In 2020, IMDA decided to rebrand E-Invoice to 'InvoiceNow'.
  • Who is transacting on InvoiceNow?
    InvoiceNow is first rolled out to all government entities and banks in Singapore. As of 2024, most government agencies are already transacting on the InvoiceNow network alongside with other business entities that requires to send and receive E-Invoices from them.
  • What is the GST InvoiceNow all about? When is the deadline for my business?
    In early April of 2024, IRAS announced that all GST-registered businesses will be required to transmit invoice data to IRAS using InvoiceNow solutions via the InvoiceNow network. The requirement will be implemented progressively with the final deadline being 1 April 2026. By 1 April 2026, all GST-registered businesses have to transmit their invoice data to IRAS via the InvoiceNow network. For more information, do visit the IRAS website.
