We're on the look-out for a Jr. Software Support Executive!
Location: Singapore (on-site)

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems.

Document and track customer interactions and issues.

Assist in completing user acceptance test and set-up of new projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues raised by customers.​

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with ERP Softwares / Accounting Softwares is an added advantage.

Familiarity with performing user acceptance test is an added advantage.

Ability to understand and converse comfortably in mandarin.

2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are still welcomed to apply).
